Oscillatory Bromate-Oxalic Acid-Ce-Acetone-Sulfuric Acid Reaction, in CSTR

متن کاملA new chemical system for studying pattern formation: bromate-hypophosphite-acetone-dual catalyst.
A modified version of the short-lived BrO3(-)-H2PO2(-)-Mn(II)-N2 oscillator, the BrO3(-)-H2PO2(-)-acetone-dual catalyst system, where the catalyst pair can be Mn(II)-Ru(bpy)3SO4, or Mn(II)-ferroin, or Mn(II)-diphenylamine, shows long-lasting batch oscillations in the potential of a Pt electrode and in colour, accompanying periodic transitions between the oxidised and reduced forms of the cataly...
متن کاملModified Biginelli condensation by molybdate sulfuric acid as a powerful and reusable catalyst
Molybdate sulfuric acid (MSA) has been prepared and used as catalyst for the Biginelli synthesis of some quinazolinones/thiones under solvent-free conditions. The catalyst loading is low and it shows recyclability. This method has advantages such as avoidance of the organic solvents, high yield of pure products, short reaction times and operational simplicity.
متن کاملFe3O4@silica sulfuric acid nanoparticles as a potent and recyclable solid acid catalyst for the synthesis of indole derivatives
Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles were synthesized by co-precipitation of Fe2+ and Fe3+ in aqueous NaOH. Then silica was coated on the obtained nanoparticles and the whole composite was functionalized with chlorosulfonic acid in CH2Cl2. The obtained nanocomposite (Fe3O4@SiO2-SO3H) was characterized by FT-IR, VSM and XRD techniques and was used as an efficient catalyst in condensation reaction of ind...
